How the price works
The price depends on two things: hair length and the master's level. The price list has two length groups — short and medium, and long — and two levels, master and top master. The gap between the levels is 100,000 on every service.
A haircut always comes with styling; there is no cut-only price. A fringe can be refreshed on its own, 30 minutes.
Care and SPA
Basic care is intensive hydration or nourishment, 100,000 at any level.
Keune Peeling cleanses and renews the scalp, with a blow-dry along the length. Keune Elixir Booster is an express hydration and repair treatment with a directional blow-dry. Both take 45 minutes and cost the same at every level.
Care can be added to a cut or a colour in the same visit.

Master levels
Rocks has three master levels, and the price depends only on the level — not on the day of the week, not on how soon the appointment is. Master: a specialist with a confirmed level of skill. Top master: advanced techniques and a large portfolio. Premium: the studio's highest level.
Where the price list shows a single price — sugaring, podology, brows and lashes — you pay for the service, not for seniority.
Guarantee
We guarantee the wear of the treatment for 14 days. If the coating lifts or chips within that time, we redo it at our own cost. In practice our clients wear their manicure for up to three weeks.
If you are not happy with the result, we refund you in full.
How we check quality
Every piece of work is checked the same day. Masters post before-and-after photos to an internal group, and the studio's senior master or the owner herself reviews the quality.
We show our work as video rather than photographs — a photo makes it easy to hide flaws.
Every instrument goes through a full autoclave sterilisation cycle.
