What a treatment includes
A treatment is finished work, not just the coating. Without polish it takes 40 minutes, with gel polish two hours, extensions two and a half.
The Japanese manicure is listed as a total, together with the treatment without polish. Regular or treatment polish is an add-on to the treatment, 50,000 at any master level.
Polish removal is 80,000 and does not depend on the master's level.
Nail art
Nail art is charged separately from the treatment: simple from 50,000, complex from 80,000, depending on the master's level.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a manicure last?
We guarantee 14 days: if the coating lifts or chips in that time we redo it at our own cost. In practice clients wear a manicure for up to three weeks.
How do master, top master and premium differ?
By training and portfolio. The guarantee and the quality check are the same at every level — only the price differs.
Do you do men's manicure?
Yes, it is a separate service, 40 minutes.
Can two of us book, or can the visit be faster?
There is a four-hands service: two masters work at the same time. It is faster, with a 30% surcharge on each service.
Where is manicure done?
At the studio on Lashkarlar 8A.
Master levels
Rocks has three master levels, and the price depends only on the level — not on the day of the week, not on how soon the appointment is. Master: a specialist with a confirmed level of skill. Top master: advanced techniques and a large portfolio. Premium: the studio's highest level.
Where the price list shows a single price — sugaring, podology, brows and lashes — you pay for the service, not for seniority.
Guarantee
We guarantee the wear of the treatment for 14 days. If the coating lifts or chips within that time, we redo it at our own cost. In practice our clients wear their manicure for up to three weeks.
If you are not happy with the result, we refund you in full.
How we check quality
Every piece of work is checked the same day. Masters post before-and-after photos to an internal group, and the studio's senior master or the owner herself reviews the quality.
We show our work as video rather than photographs — a photo makes it easy to hide flaws.
Every instrument goes through a full autoclave sterilisation cycle.
