Volumes
Classic, 2D, 3D, 4D and 5–6D differ in how many extensions the master attaches to each natural lash: the more there are, the denser and fuller the result. Classic takes two hours, 5–6D three and a half.
Lower lashes, the wet look and coloured lashes are separate items added to a set.
Removal
Removing our own work is free when you have a new set in the same visit. Removing another salon's work is 100,000.
A refill is 200,000 and takes two hours.

Master levels
Rocks has three master levels, and the price depends only on the level — not on the day of the week, not on how soon the appointment is. Master: a specialist with a confirmed level of skill. Top master: advanced techniques and a large portfolio. Premium: the studio's highest level.
Where the price list shows a single price — sugaring, podology, brows and lashes — you pay for the service, not for seniority.
Guarantee
We guarantee the wear of the treatment for 14 days. If the coating lifts or chips within that time, we redo it at our own cost. In practice our clients wear their manicure for up to three weeks.
If you are not happy with the result, we refund you in full.
How we check quality
Every piece of work is checked the same day. Masters post before-and-after photos to an internal group, and the studio's senior master or the owner herself reviews the quality.
We show our work as video rather than photographs — a photo makes it easy to hide flaws.
Every instrument goes through a full autoclave sterilisation cycle.
